Some alternative rock bands include; Nirvana, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Foofighters, Green Day and Coldplay. For inspiration I researched into what some of these bands would wear if they were to perform for a live audience. Here are some of the images I found...
As I expected to see, these bands are dressed fairly casual, not smart or in anyway 'done up' and are also wearing black clothing. From looking at these images I have decided I am going to ask my band to wear 'plain' colours, nothing too bright or anything that would particularly stand out. I will be asking the boys to wear plain t-shirts, with black or dark coloured jeans with trainers/converse. For the girl I will be asking her to wear either a plain t-shirt with dark coloured leggings/jeans or a dark coloured dress with plain pumps/docs/converse.
For the narrative part of my video, I will be asking my actor to wear ragged clothes, nothing that looks too smart or 'done up'. I will be asking him to wear either an oversized hoodie or a piece of oversized clothing for the top half, however it will have to look warm due to him living on the streets and dark/black jeans with any pair of shoes.
